We use the collected information to schedule pickups, verify legal ownership, calculate payouts, issue environmental compliance documents, and communicate logistics updates. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & System Dispatch
To maintain a lightweight and reliable operational workflow, customer submissions are direct-dispatched. Primary logs are stored securely using Google Sheets API integration. Operational notifications are forwarded in real-time to our logistics dispatch team via secure Telegram Bot API channels. We do not maintain a permanent custom CRM database to minimize leak risks.
4. Data Retention
We retain lead logs on our Google Sheets database for audit trails, tax compliance, and verifying DPCC green channel metrics. If you require permanent removal of your contact history from our records, you may file a deletion request.
5. Security Standards
All form transmissions are secured using SSL/TLS encryption. API credentials linking our website to Google Sheets and Telegram are stored server-side with strict environment isolation. Physical access to logs is restricted to authorized operations managers only.
7. Your Rights & Access

For corporate audit security, DPCC hazardous waste logs require permanent record keeping. Personal identity fields can be masked upon request, but transaction weight logs must remain for compliance reporting.
